1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer three one-time-purchase packages—World News; World News + Social Media Insights; World News + Social Media + Geo-Political Analysis—available for 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year.

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment processors. Supported payment methods include major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and digital wallets. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

A 14-day refund window applies if minimal usage has occurred—see FAQ for details. Refunds beyond 14 days are at our discretion.

3. Account Creation & Use

Accounts are required to access content. You must provide accurate details and maintain password security.

No sharing of accounts—permitted for personal, individual use only; violations may result in suspension.

4. Content Use & License

All materials are for your personal informational use only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or republish content without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers & Risk Notice

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes will fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Tallinn courts.
